A global leader in recreational vehicles seeks a student for a development role in Santiago de Querétaro. You will be responsible for the implementation of traceability in production processes and contribute to the RAM team. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering fields and have skills in automation and programming. This internship will enhance your technical and project management skills.

• Currently studying a relevant Bachelor's Degree.
• Fluent in Spanish, advanced in English (80%).

• Develop a project charter and kick-off the project.
• Purchase and install equipment needed for automation processes.
• Program PLC and Ignition system, then test and start up.
• Create Work Instructions and Process sheets.

Overview

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Development and implementation the traceability of projection and pressing process results in molding cells stations. (supported by RAM eng project leader)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop a project charter of the project
• Kick-off of the project
• Purchase of the Equipments needed
• Installation of the equipments in shoop floor.
• Programming of the PLC and Ignition system
• Testing and Start Up
• Training plan
• WI creation
• Project Delivery

Contributions for the Area

• Development of new talent for RAM team
• Identify improvement areas of the process
• Contribute and support Production, Engineering & Maintenance process
• Perform the KPIs related to the RAM team
• Creation of Work Instructions and Process sheets for above mentioned activities

Skills

• Automation processes
• Programming in Python and C++

Education / Careers

• Bachelor: Currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Software Development, Automation and Robotics Engineering.
