A leading sportswear company seeks a Retail Specialist II in Mexico City to execute retail marketing concepts to elevate the consumer experience. The ideal candidate will have a degree in design, marketing, or a related field, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include supporting seasonal marketing plans and collaborating with teams to enhance retail execution.
Closely work with Marketplace Latam territory teams & retail leads for feedback and quick response to drive concept excellence. This role will support execution on seasonal plan, experiences and delivering partner tools. You must be connected in the retail marketplace to understand consumer, marketplace, retail trends and insights.
As the Retail Specialist II for Latam, you will be responsible helping team on executing retail marketing concepts aligned with ourstrategy to elevate the consumer experience.
Requires a 4-year college degree (ideally in design, marketing, fashion or similar).
Minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience.
Verbal communication skills and compelling presentation skills.
English level that allows written and spoken interactions.
Typical office job with no special physical requirements.
Some travel required for market visits and select door opening setup.
Good commend of written and oral communication.
You will be responsible to download seasonal marketing plans, support on partner directives, guidelines and support retail execution from a professional perspective and sh are with the territory team, to help stores across LATAM get better and provide great shopping experience to consumers.

Cooperation with merchandising team for assortment understanding
Support & align working process within each territory.
Consumer insights and follow up forseasonal campaign story by concept.
Support teams to execute strong retail acoording to brand ethos inclusive of identity and tone serving consumer thru performance and lifestyle.
Work closely with city teammates to make sure directive is downloaded by concept.
