Job Description

As a Health Care Representative, you will assist SCAN Health members by handling inquiries, transferring calls, sending documents, and explaining coverage plan benefits. Providing exceptional customer service is key to ensuring a positive experience for all members.

Schedule :

Training and Operations : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 40 PM (Weekends Off)

Requirements
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish (B2 level)
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Must have valid Mexican documents
  • Call Center or Medical-related experience is preferred
