Live the Dash Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Client Experience Representative to support clients throughout their travel journey from initial planning and booking to post-trip follow-up. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel customer service and delivering exceptional client experiences in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist clients with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations and special requests
  • Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements and agency policies
  • Follow up with clients to confirm travel details and overall satisfaction
  • Resolve client concerns using empathy, professionalism and effective problem-solving
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and booking records using internal systems
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service experience required; travel or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning and using booking platforms and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
