Sales Director – Mexico & Dominican Republic

Objective

The Sales Director for Mexico and the Dominican Republic is a strategic leader responsible for driving growth, market development, and distributor success across two key regions.

In this direct selling business model success depends not on authority, but on influence, partnership, and trust.

This role requires a visionary sales leader who can inspire independent distributors to align with corporate strategy, elevate performance, and grow their businesses.

The Director will shape and execute long-term market strategies, foster collaboration across corporate and field teams, and serve as the primary connector between Hy Cite and the distributor network.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a regional growth strategy for Mexico and the Dominican Republic, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and adapting to local market realities.
  • Lead through influence—motivate, guide, and inspire independent distributors to adopt best practices, pursue growth targets, and embrace innovation without direct reporting authority.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with distributor leadership, positioning Hy Cite as a trusted business partner and strategic advisor.
  • Identify and expand market opportunities, developing new territories and strengthening existing ones to increase sales volume and brand penetration.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to translate strategic goals into actionable field initiatives.
  • Implement incentive, event and promotion programs that drive engagement, productivity, and retention across the distributor base.
  • Leverage data and analytics to assess performance, identify opportunities, and guide strategic decision‑making; use BI tools such as Power BI to drive insights.
  • Champion sales enablement and digital transformation, improving how distributors access tools, training, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance and uphold corporate values, promoting ethical business practices and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Act as a thought leader and cultural ambassador, fostering collaboration between Hy Cite's regional offices and the distributor community.
Requirements
  • Domestic and international travel up to 85% of the time.
  • Bachelor degree from an accredited 4‑year institution.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience.
  • ~ Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • ~ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, ideally within direct selling, franchise, or multi‑level distribution models.
  • ~ Proven record of leading through influence, building alignment and trust with independent partners, or franchisees.
  • ~ Demonstrated experience managing multi‑country markets, preferably across Latin America.
  • ~ Strong business acumen with analytical capability and experience using BI platforms (Power BI).
  • ~ Excellent relationship management and communication skills; able to persuade, coach, and negotiate effectively.
  • ~ Bilingual in Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a plus.
  • ~ Willingness to travel internationally and domestically as business needs require.
