A global private chef service is seeking an experienced Recruiter for Nutrition Chefs to source and place talent across various locations. The ideal candidate has over three years of recruitment experience, particularly in the hospitality sector, and will manage the ATS while ensuring effective communication and organisation. This full-time position offers a competitive salary with bonuses, based in Mexico but open to remote work across LATAM.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment using ATS systems.
• Proven capability to fill roles quickly in the hospitality sector.
• Ability to remain organised and calm in high-pressure scenarios.

Responsabilidades

• Source, screen, and interview chefs.
• Manage recruitment for internal roles.
• Oversee the ATS processes including candidate communications.
• Maintain and report on pipeline metrics.
