Job Title: Remote Lead Appointment Setter (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,500 USD/month + performance bonuses based on department targets

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Saturdays: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Eastern Time (rotations)

Job Overview:

Our client is a leader in the home remodeling industry, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality residential bathroom renovations and exceptional customer experiences. They're seeking a Lead Appointment setter who will be responsible for scheduling qualified appointments between the company and potential customers. Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary for this role. Other skills required for this job include quick learner, team worker and multitasking, and being proficient in the use of CRM software (Salesforce, Hatch, Ring Central, etc.) A Lead Setter should be capable of identifying a potential customer, reaching them over the phone and scheduling a qualified appointment.

Responsibilities:
  • Making outgoing phone calls to the prospects included in the Salesforce system (call queue). During the call, the Lead Setter must assist customers, understand their projects, to determine if the prospect would be qualified to schedule an appointment.
  • Answering incoming phone calls from organic prospects, aiding customers, and understanding their projects to determine if the prospect would be qualified to schedule an appointment.
  • Managing Hatch system. Contact by text message customers who want to be contacted by Lead Setter. All the leads received in the Speed to Lead section must be contacted by a Lead Setter. Schedule a phone call as soon as possible to set an appointment. Follow up on the leads until either the appointment is scheduled, or it is disqualified.
  • Making outgoing calls to customers who contact the company directly via email. Lead Setter must check Web Leads from Re-Bath National Website, Netsertive, and Answering Service.
  • Preparing before making the outgoing call to the prospect. Verify the following information:
    • Find the Zone with the Zip Code of the lead. Determine the zone that the lead is in (Zones 1, 2 or 3).
    • Determine time blocks available for the lead.
    • Check the Property Appraisal website of the relevant County to determine if the prospect's name matches the owner or co-owner of the property.
  • Closing the lead contact process either by (a) scheduling qualified appointments, (b) disqualifying leads in Salesforce and in business partners websites whichever applies or (c) selecting a Re-Call option in Salesforce, when applicable.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Appointment Setting.
  • Excellent English level both written and spoken.
  • Bilingual both English and Spanish.
  • Strong computer skills with access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and technologies.
  • Must be located in western part of Latin America.
