A financial services firm is looking for an Insurance Accounting Manager to manage accounting processes for workers' compensation programs. You will prepare and analyze financial statements and collaborate with teams for accurate financial data. Desirable qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in financial software and Excel. Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in insurance accounting.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes for workers' compensation premium and losses.
  • Prepare and analyze journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements related to insurance accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with claims and actuarial teams to ensure accurate loss data.
