A recruiting agency is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design and implement scalable backend services and build responsive UI components. This role involves contributing to product features and improving engineering quality using AI-assisted tools. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of full-stack experience, excellent communication skills, and a self-driven attitude. The position allows for a remote work arrangement with a commitment of approximately 45 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, during US EST/CST hours.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of full-stack engineering or backend-heavy product engineering experience.
• Ability to translate product and design requirements into technical plans.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills (C1 or C2 level).

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement scalable backend services, data models, and API endpoints.
• Build responsive, modular UI components based on Figma designs.
• Maintain consistency across the front-end architecture and shared component systems.
