A customer service solutions company is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to U.S.-based clients from Mexico. This remote position requires strong communication skills, the ability to resolve issues efficiently, and prior customer service experience. Compensation includes a base salary of MXN 3,000 per week with potential bonuses based on performance. Ideal candidates should be fluent in English and have at least two years of experience in customer support roles.
