Their team specializes in acquisitions, asset management, property management, and strategic investment execution.

We are hiring a Remote Acquisitions & Underwriting Analyst based in Latin America to support their acquisitions team. This role plays a key part in the evaluation of new investment opportunities by assisting with underwriting, financial modeling, data extraction, and market research.

The ideal candidate has experience in commercial real estate and/or private equity and is comfortable working with complex financial data to support high‑impact investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Extract and organize financial data from Excel files and PDFs into underwriting models
• Assist in underwriting multifamily and commercial real estate acquisitions
• Update and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities
• Conduct market research on properties, submarkets, rent trends, and comparable assets
• Review operating statements, rent rolls, loan documents, and other financial materials
• Communicate findings clearly with the acquisitions team and provide timely updates
• Support additional analytical or research projects as needed for new acquisitions

Required Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and Excel skills (financial modeling, formulas, data manipulation)
• Ability to accurately extract data from PDFs and financial statements
• Solid understanding of financial statements, rent rolls, and pro forma models
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time well
