The role involves screening inquiries, gathering necessary information, and ensuring seamless transitions into care. The ideal candidate will have prior ABA therapy experience and strong communication skills. This is a full-time remote position that may require flexible hours.

Formación

• Prior experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for Autism care required.
• At least 2 years of experience in patient intake, healthcare operations, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct intake screenings and contact new inquiries promptly.
• Collect required information and assess eligibility.
• Provide compassionate communication to families.
• Accurately record intake data in the CRM.
• Convert qualified leads and close unresponsive cases.

Educación
