Regional Sales Manager - Leading Tech Company
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for the overall field sales of a leading tech client and advocacy in the Professional ("Pro") channel. The RSM will manage a large geographical area consisting of Territory Sales Managers (TSM) and Manufacturer Sales Managers (MSM). These direct reports will cultivate relationships with HVAC and electrical contractors and distributors to drive sales. The RSM will manage activities through their TSM / MSM team, train them, and actively engage larger contractors, distributors, and Manufacturer Rep companies to promote and advocate the leading tech client product ecosystem. The RSM will partner with their TSM / MSM team to develop a comprehensive approach and sales strategy for their respective territory. Success will be measured on the leading tech client product sales, new contractors signed up for the leading tech program, contractor conversions to the leading tech product line, trainings conducted, and satisfaction scores.

Responsibilities
- Drive sell-out and advocacy on the entire leading tech ecosystem.
- Lead and develop a team of TSMs / MSMs across a large geographic territory.
- Empower team members to demonstrate thought leadership and decision making.
- Establish, foster, and drive strong partnerships with leading tech client, Manufacturing Rep companies, National / Master Distribution, and leadership to enhance and promote brand engagement.
- Inspire and motivate a team of experienced sales professionals to achieve assigned business targets.
- Maintain a highly visible presence in the designated region by conducting regular field visits.
- Manage budget of market funds, conduct performance reviews, HR policies, training, hiring, payroll, and other management responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- High School Diploma / GED.
- 10+ years of direct HVAC / Elec installer / contractor experience preferred.
- 5+ years supervisory / management experience.
- Strategic thinking capabilities to evaluate, assess, and make recommendations to senior leadership.
- Analytical and very comfortable navigating data to derive insights and define strategies.
- High level competency in using Excel and / or Google suite of products.
- Google suite experience preferred.
- Passion for technology and leading others with such passion.
- Able to grasp technical aspects of tech products and successfully relay the benefits to the customer.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
- Superior interpersonal skills to working closely with leaders, team members and clients.
- Excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple demands.
- Ability to empower and motivate team members to demonstrate thought leadership and decision making by creating a supportive and collaborative environment.
