A leading international development firm is seeking an Operations Director for the USAID ARCO project based in Mexico. The role involves overseeing the operational management of the project across Mexico and Central America, ensuring compliance with USAID regulations and corporate policies. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in operations and administrative areas, including procurement and human resources, as well as fluency in Spanish and advanced English. This position offers a hybrid work mode.

Formación

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in operations and administrative areas.
  • Experience with USAID or donor-funded projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employment regulations in the region.
  • Proven supervisory skills and ability to manage staff.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

  • Oversee operational management of ARCO project in Mexico and Central America.
  • Supervise finance and operations staff across various countries.
