• Gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento desde las entrevistas hasta la oferta.

Take a Look Into Your Future at Pacifica Continental

• Perform recruitment of professionals by developing strategies, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting phone and face-to-face or online interviews.
• Manage the recruitment process from interviews to offer stage and beyond.
• Build business networks to develop our business portfolio.
• Search and attract candidates via databases, headhunting, and social media.
• Meet potential clients (C-levels, directors, HRs) to present Pacifica Continental’s services, understanding their needs and opportunities.
• Manage recruitment processes with Pacifica Continental clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree completed
• Fluent Spanish
• Advanced English
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Experience in headhunting
• Experience in a 360 role (recruitment and commercial) is a plus
• Strong hunter profile with proven success
• Performance-oriented with financial targets
• Self-organized and autonomous work style
• Strong communication and relationship skills
