A recruitment-focused firm in Mexicali is seeking a Recruitment Manager to manage talent acquisition and oversee the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of experience, and strong communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in English is required, along with the ability to develop relationships with diverse talent sources. This position is crucial for meeting hiring needs and organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the talent acquisition processes to attract top talent.
  • Overseeing the full recruitment cycle for DL/IDL/ADM positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using sourcing strategies such as passive candidate sourcing, leveraging assigned sources and employing individual methodologies to source candidates via social media.
  • Create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal customers and external talent sources.
  • Sourcing candidates and maintaining an active candidate pipeline.
  • Create and foster relationships with colleges and professional organizations to attract and recruit diverse candidates.
  • Communicate with organizational leaders to clearly understand their hiring needs and organizational goals.
  • Participate in job fairs and other activities to attract and hire new talent.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, or related.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • English 90%.
  • Management of Office packages.
