Formación

About the Role

Location: Remote (Must reside in Mexico). Employment Type: Independent Contractor.

We are seeking a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator with experience in U.S. real estate operations and transaction coordination.

This role supports daily operations, lead management, CRM workflows, transaction processes, and property management coordination while ensuring a professional and seamless client experience.

This is a dynamic role that blends operations, sales support, transaction coordination, and property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Operations CRM: Manage and respond to inbound leads via Kommo CRM, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Schedule calls and appointments: Coordinate when the internal team is unavailable, including confirmations and reminders.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene: Update stages, notes, lead statuses, and workflows consistently.
  • Execute strategic follow‑ups for warm and pending leads to drive conversions.
  • Conduct weekly mass messaging campaigns to segmented databases and log all activity in the CRM.
  • Scheduling Communication: Create and manage WhatsApp groups with clients, send Zoom links, and coordinate meetings. Schedule appointments with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
Real Estate Property Management
  • Manage Furnished Finder leads, including outbound calls, explaining rental processes, coordinating showings, managing bookings, and following deals through closing.
  • Respond to guest and client inquiries.
  • Act as the main point of contact and booking manager.
  • Request and follow up on post‑stay reviews.
  • Draft and submit offers.
  • Execute contracts and addenda.
  • Send welcome emails.
  • Communicate with title companies, lenders, and real‑estate agents.
  • Manage listing postings, listing agreements, lease agreements, and insurance quote requests.
  • Work with platforms such as LPT Connect.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
  • Advanced / fluent English Spanish (required)
  • Proven experience in U.S. Real Estate
  • Strong background in Transaction Coordination

  • Proficiency with Calendly, Zoom, and scheduling tools

  • At least 2 years experience in real estate
