A leading automotive technology group is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality system compliance and ensure safety on-site. Responsibilities include training staff on quality tools, managing customer quality requirements, and conducting audits. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and have strong problem-solving skills. Quality and Responsibility System Management
Represent customer requirements internally and ensure agreement (PPAP, deviations, etc.)Define and disseminate quality objectives, monitor progress, and ensure compliance.
Ensure that plant quality preparation is achieved by the program team;Analysis of CPk studies;Protect the plant against potential variation issues, project launches, transfers, and engineering changesAudit and follow up on PQA and PSR audit actions.
Perform final line product audits
Ensure the correct application of the quality alert system (8D Methodology)
Ensure plant compliance with safety regulations and requirements
Safety range, MR/PY, LLS
Protect the plant against the purchase of incorrect parts and improve supplier quality
Ensure product conformity by adhering to the control plan, including COP testing with calibrated equipment
Ensure compliance with the code of ethics and code of conduct, with responsibility for reporting any incidents and acting accordingly in accordance with group regulations.
Advise and train the plant team on quality tools and processes.
This position has the authority and responsibility to stop any activity or situation that has the potential to cause harm to safety, employee health, and/or the environment.
