A leading pharmaceutical company in Mexico City is seeking a Project/Program Specialist Team Lead for its Promotional Marketing team. This role involves managing project workflows, ensuring the accuracy of marketing plans, and driving cross-functional projects. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of project management experience. This position offers a collaborative environment aimed at impactful marketing solutions.

Formación

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

The position

As a Project/Program Specialist you will:

  • Support the execution of commercial tactical plans, ensuring accuracy in all marketing plan updates.
  • Manage the day‑to‑day project workflows within the Adobe Workfront system.
  • Oversee the hand‑off between Workfront and other systems like Veeva Vault PromoMats.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation in projects, particularly when conflicting priorities arise.
  • Communicate marketing plan updates clearly to stakeholders.
  • Drive cross‑functional projects, cutting across different job families, ensuring milestones are met and resources are optimised.
  • Create effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to ensure clarity and order in project execution.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

Need to have:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Project or Account Management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Workfront software to manage projects.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office with a focus on accuracy and detailed plan execution.
  • An execution‑focused mindset capable of supporting commercial tactical planning.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
