Project Management Responsibilities
Manage operationally and functionally the projects assigned, including OEM/OES projects with known technology components.
- Ensure achievement of project KPIs in profitability, quality, and production readiness.
- Secure and control project resources.
- Drive associated P2 actors if P2 is not completed in P1.
- Resolve project issues by coordinating with relevant functions via escalation.
- Validate team activities and propose milestone timelines.
- Conduct concept competitions to secure customer orders, case by case.
- Define and manage project budgets and scope.
- Prepare decision-making processes and challenge project team readiness.
- Manage project changes internally and externally.
- Apply Design to Cost methodology.
- Escalate gaps versus targets promptly and appropriately.
- Lead AAI and PTM development within the team.
- Functionally oversee PTMs, set objectives, and ensure performance appraisals.
Customer Communication
- Keep clients updated on project progress.
- Prepare and validate progress reports for various governance stages.
- Manage customer relationships and coordinate internal and external communication.
- Handle escalations effectively.
