A leading agricultural equipment firm is seeking a Production Supervisor in Nuevo León. This role focuses on communicating action plans, monitoring team performance, and scheduling work effectively. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and have the ability to work independently with strong planning and organizational skills. The position requires adherence to safety policies and effective team supervision to meet operational goals. Interested candidates must have the necessary work permits to work in the country.

Main Responsibilities
  • Communicate the local action plan; explain how this relates to the function's strategy and action plan and to the broader organization's mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.
  • Respond to personal objectives and use performance management systems to improve personal performance; or monitor the performance of the team, allocate work and review completion, take appropriate corrective action to ensure timeliness and quality, and contribute to formal individual performance management and appraisal.
  • Assign short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates in order to achieve expectations while following established timelines.
