Una empresa líder en tecnología busca un Coordinador de Producción en Morelia. El candidato ideal debe tener una licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial o Química y mínimo 2 años de experiencia en el área. Las responsabilidades incluyen coordinar el cronograma de producción, gestionar un equipo, y asegurar el cumplimiento de especificaciones. Se valorará conocimiento en procesos de producción de caucho o plástico y experiencia en lean manufacturing. Se ofrece un ambiente inclusivo de trabajo en un rol de liderazgo.

Formación

• Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial o Química.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
• Conocimientos en procesos de producción de caucho o plástico.
• Experiencia en gestión de personas (mínimo 20 empleados).
• Nivel de inglés intermedio.
• Conocimientos en normas ISO y NOMs de seguridad.
• Experiencia en lean manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinar y asegurar el cronograma de producción de acuerdo con estándares.
• Recepción y entrega de turnos.
• Asignar prioridades y plan de trabajo al equipo.
• Validar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones de cada proceso de producción.
• Resolver problemas y proponer mejoras.
• Supervisar el cumplimiento de los objetivos durante el turno.
• Gestionar al personal operativo.
• Gestionar los KPI de la área.

Your tasks

• Coordinate and ensure the production schedule in accordance with standards and objectives.
• Shift reception & delivery.
• Assign priorities and work plan (production order) to team.
• Validate compliance with the specifications of each production process.
• Problem solving, improvement proposals, training for the personnel under his charge.
• Lean Manufacturing (Manage 5s-TPM-Process mapping)
• Work planning according to the production schedule.
• Review the reports of each production area and empty the information to the general report.
• Monitor the fulfillment of the objectives during the shift.
• Management of operational personnel.
• KPI`s management of the area.
• Increase awareness, ensure regular ESH training and provide information on ESH responsibilities and duties.
• Guarantee immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of dangerous or polluting risks.
• Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior at ESH and motivate others.

Profile

• Bachelor degree (Industrial or Chemical Engineer desirable)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions
• Knowledge in rubber or plastic production process (desirable)
• Experience managing people (minimum 20 employees)
• Intermediate English level (desirable)
• Knowledge in ISO **** & Safety NOMs
• Experience in lean manufacturing
