Position Objective

Provide expert level support for Purchasing Systems at TT/GN & CPO. Lead TT/G new employee system onboarding and training for relevant systems (incl. ANP, Open Forum etc.). Create and foster a continuous learning environment for purchasing systems. Enhance operational performance metrics for Purchasing department. Act as TT/GN proQ (Infosys) Liaison and lead/support systems projects and CIP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor all TT/G Purchasing‑system related topics at Purchasing Back office (CPO)
  • Monitor interface related topics related to purchasing systems for TT/GN
  • Support vendor code creation process by finalizing system notifications to affected cross‑functional partners
  • Support purchasing in system‑related projects at DVCM and DTNA
  • Lead interactions with proQ support (Infosys) to assure resolution of open incidents
  • Identify reoccurring issues in proQ system and communicate to Infosys for permanent solutions
  • Lead system ANP preparation: identify clean‑up activities needed prior to ANP and assure execution & use of AP Tool for contract transfer to following year
  • Support with projects, including requirement clarifications, testing, communication, and user training for system implementations and upgrades
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance system functionality and improve overall efficiency
  • Ensure high‑quality reporting for regular and ad‑hoc requests
  • Provide governance, support & training for TT/GN regarding Purchasing Reporting
  • Collaborate with CPO office to deliver efficiency improvements through data analytics
  • Identify and lead CPO office to best practices within purchasing system
  • Support TT/G governance initiatives (global and local)
  • Support internal/external audits at TT/GN in cooperation with TT/GSG
  • Prepare and conduct TT/G system specific training at TT/GN Mexico/CPO
  • Support implementation and roll‑out of new Purchasing systems, methods and tools
  • Foster a learning and CI environment within CPO and key users
  • Lead knowledge‑share sessions related to purchasing systems directed to buyers
  • Lead, support and educate group of proQ Key Users
  • Cover ANP and special qualification topics for CPO team
Indispensable Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
  • Preferred experience/knowledge of automotive industry with preference in Purchasing area
  • Experience working with international teams and cross‑functional teams
  • Experience in Procurement, Processes and Systems, Administration, Finance, IT preferred
  • Background in Procurement, logistics, quality systems, international business
  • Effective communication, analytical, business oriented and business fluent in both English and Spanish
