Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Technician located in Aguascalientes.

Reporting to the Process Engineer Manager, the Process Technician role involves supporting production lines, providing training to line operators regarding work instructions, performing layout changes according to engineering requirements, validating processes using checklists customized by the process, and participating with stakeholders to resolve daily production issues.

What a typical day looks like:

• Performs setup of processing equipment.
• Monitors, audits, and guides line operators.
• Identifies root causes of scrap generation.
• Obtains reflow, solder wave, and curing profiles.
• Creates necessary process profiles using PCBs.
• Generates and improves machine programs.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Experience supporting production lines.
• Preparatory or technical education.
• Experience with process audits.
• Ability to generate profiles and documentation.
• Beginner-level English skills.
• Experience with automatic machines.
