The role requires over 3 years of experience in manufacturing, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and proficiency in both English and Spanish. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to leverage modern technology in electronic manufacturing. This position is crucial for ensuring high production quality and efficiency.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing process.

Responsabilidades

• Define processes and deliverables for manufacturing.
• Track business unit performance and KPI’s.
• Implement Lean/Operational System within Business Unit.

Conocimientos

Manufacturing process experience

Interpersonal and communication skills

Computer skills in MS tools

Educación

Bachelor Degree in Engineering

Descripción del empleo

• Process Definition with the following deliverables: Layout, Line Balance, Cell/Line Design, Material Presentation, Tooling and Fixturing, Process Documentation, Training and FPY
• Business Unit and Functional KPI’s tracking and performance: Scrap, Operation Supplies, Change Over, Standard Hrs
• Cost Reduction Projects
• Lean / Operational System Implementation within Business Unit: Standard Work, SMED, Poke-Yoke
• Root Cause Analysis, Preventive and Corrective Actions Implementation
• Safety & Ergonomics: Responsible to lead (in conjunction with functional team) Job Safety Analysis evaluation to detect, correct or mitigate safety risks and exposures

QUALIFICATIONS

• +3years experienced in manufacturingprocess.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Bilingual. 90% (English, spanish)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret customer quality requirements.
• Computer skills in MS tools
• Should be creative and should posses ability to use modern technology in Electronic manufacturing process
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet the expected goals within time using advance technologies in electronic manufacturing area
