A global diagnostics leader is seeking a Privacy Lead for the Americas, responsible for implementing and managing the Global Privacy Program. This role requires deep expertise in U.S., Canadian, and Latin American privacy laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in privacy and data protection, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to oversee regulatory obligations. As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Privacy Lead, Americas to join our team, who will be responsible for implementing and managing the Global Privacy Program across the Americas, ensuring full compliance with U.S., Canadian, and Latin American data protection regulations.
In this role, you will lead the execution of QuidelOrtho’s Global Privacy Program throughout the Americas region. You will serve as the regional privacy authority, advising leadership and cross-functional teams, managing regulatory obligations, overseeing risk assessments, and acting as or supervising appointed Data Protection Officers (DPOs), where required. You will play a strategic role in protecting personal data, strengthening privacy governance, and ensuring regulatory readiness across the region.
