A leading financial services provider in Tijuana is seeking a dedicated report administrator to manage profitability reporting and support sales teams. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong administrative skills and critical thinking abilities. Responsibilities include handling various financial reports, ensuring attentive maintenance, and working in a hybrid environment. Formación

  • 1 year of experience in a similar position focused on report administration.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good judgment for effective decision making.

Responsabilidades

  • Administer and update various profitability and pricing reports.
  • Support sales personnel with price requests and analyses.
  • Prepare profitability analysis by agent, country, and payer.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Administration and update profitability reports, KPR BSC reports, exchange rates report by country and payer, profitability analysis by agency in order to have a healthy GMPT, support to sales personnel field / office in price requests (price analysis and FX investing)
  • Manage and update Via Deal report.
  • Manage and update VPS vs Pricing report.
  • Manage and update negative GP report.
  • Manage and update the competitive report.
  • Manage and update BSC CALLS report.
  • Manage and update FINDER BSC.
  • Manage and update KPR reports (decliners by country / Underperformers / VIP)
  • Prepare profitability analysis by agent / country / payer.
Qualifications
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish 100% read & write / English 80% read & write)
  • 1 year of experience on a similar position (administration of reports)
  • Administrative system and computer skills : Microsoft Office (Word / PowerPoint / Excel)
  • Time management : Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Possess good judgment and attention to detail.
  • Responsibility : Owner of the task allocated to daily schedule.
Working Conditions
  • General office working conditions with hybrid work structure.

The employee will work both remotely and from the office, as needed.
