The ideal candidate will hold a relevant bachelor's degree and possess at least 3 years of HR experience. Responsibilities include overseeing induction processes, maintaining training matrices, and coordinating training programs, all while adhering to corporate policies. Formación

• At least 3 years of working experience as HR, recruiter or similar role.
• Intermediate English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute the Induction and Pre-Certification Process for new employees.
• Follow up and evaluate new direct staff during their first 30 days.
• Coordinate and execute the certification process and update training matrices.
• Coordinate and execute the Training Needs Assessment.
• Develop and ensure execution of the annual training plan.
• Ensure legal compliance with training requirements established by the STPS.
• Maintain continuous communication and follow-up with internal clients (Production).
• Implement and execute Human Resources initiatives.
