We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Plant HR Specialist Hourly Rec. & Training, based in Juarez, Chihuahua, México (E-Systems Division).
As Plant HR Specialist Hourly Rec. & Training you will ensure that 100% of operational staff are certified, guaranteeing the implementation of processes that enable them to develop the skills required to perform their duties and the processes that enable this to be validated. Ensure compliance with the legal requirements of the Ministry of Labor and develop the Training Needs Assessment and prepare and ensure compliance with the annual training plan, involvement in activities derived from Human Resources.
