A global solutions provider in Mexico City seeks a dedicated HR Analyst to design and analyze KPIs relevant to human resources. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in People Analytics and Power BI to automate and improve talent management processes. Ideal for applicants with strong analytical skills and a collaborative spirit, this role emphasizes inclusivity and offers a hybrid work environment from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

Formación

  • Experience in People Analytics, compensation and HR metrics.
  • Solid knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel.
  • Ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Basic knowledge of compensation preference in Mercer methodology.

Responsabilidades

  • Design, follow up and analyze KPIs of HR such as turnover, absenteeism, training and exit survey.
  • Propose improvements based on the analysis of key indicators.
  • Generate dynamic dashboards in Power BI to support decision making.
  • Automate processes that make the talent data management more efficient.

Location: Col. Granada CDMX

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 hrs.
