The ideal candidate will troubleshoot Level 1 issues with PCs, assist users, and maintain documentation. Formación

• Diagnoses and troubleshoots Level 1 problems with PCs and peripherals.
• Answers helpdesk line and assists users with requests about computer systems.
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Acknowledge receipt of all user requests within defined service levels.
• Initiate service orders for user requests, assisting as necessary.
• Deliver results in support of achieving organization’s service level agreements.
