Una empresa de gestión de cambios organizacionales busca un líder OCM para el sitio local en Tijuana. El candidato será responsable de apoyar la adopción de sistemas SAP y estabilizar nuevos procesos. Las responsabilidades incluyen liderar actividades de gestión del cambio, desarrollar un mapa de stakeholders y crear planes de comunicación. Se requieren habilidades fuertes en gestión de stakeholders y comunicación, así como experiencia previa en gestión del cambio en programas a gran escala. Inglés y el idioma local son esenciales.

Formación

  • Experiencia previa en gestión del cambio organizacional en programas a gran escala (preferiblemente gestión de cambios SAP).
  • Pasión por la gestión del cambio organizacional y experiencia en la gestión de la resistencia.
  • Familiaridad con la planificación de programas de capacitación.
  • Habilidades de gestión de stakeholders y comunicación.
  • Fuertes habilidades de gestión de proyectos y de influencia.
  • Excelentes habilidades en inglés, tanto verbales como escritas.
  • Excelentes habilidades en el idioma local, tanto verbales como escritas.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar todas las actividades de gestión del cambio en la metodología corporativa.
  • Desarrollar y mantener un mapa de stakeholders y un plan de compromiso local.
  • Crear materiales de comunicación impactantes y coordinar su entrega.
  • Ser responsable del desarrollo y programación de planes de capacitación local.

The OCM lead at the local deployment site is responsible for supporting the local business through their change journey to maximize system adoption of SAP and achieve stabilization of new processes and ways of working.

This will be done through the execution of the change management methodology, plan, and toolkit.

Responsibilities
Change Management Leadership
  • Lead all change management activities in line with the corporate change management methodology and toolkit.
  • Work closely with and coordinate the work of the site-based Training Coordinator.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of the change management toolkit for future developments.
Business Readiness
  • Develop and maintain a local stakeholder map and engagement plan.
  • Coach and support local SAP Super Users to become SAP change agents to drive change management activities with impacted end users.
  • Conduct temperate checks with Site Leadership and end-user groups to assess change readiness and engagement levels.
Impacts of Change
Work with the local site team (SAP Super Users) to :
  • Drive the identification and assessment of local impacts of change (IOC).
  • Ensure the development of action plans for each IOC.
  • Ensure engagement and alignment with site leadership in respect of key IOCs and action plans.
  • Monitor the progress and effectiveness of action plans for each IOC to track change readiness and resistance.

  • Support the engagement and alignment with Site Leadership in respect of key benefits to be realized.
Communications and Engagement
  • Own the local communication plan for internal and external stakeholder groups, develop and then coordinate delivery of local communications artifacts and campaigns.
  • Create impactful communications materials as needed e.g., town hall presentations, SharePoint sites, posters, etc.
  • Support and coach SUs to communicate the people's impact to their end-user groups.
Organizational Alignment
  • Arrange and follow through on local role-mapping education activities for Super Users.
  • Oversee the role mapping activity to ensure end users receive the right SAP access according to new processes, in a controlled way.
  • Support Super Users to identify potential workload impacts on end users.
  • Work with local HR leads to put in place the structures needed to maintain the SAP Super User role post-go live via succession planning.
Training
  • Responsible for the development and scheduling of local training plans.
  • Close collaboration with local leadership to ensure users are available for mandatory training.
  • Track and report on training status to local leadership.
OCM Governance
  • Identify, implement, track, and report on business readiness through Leadership and OCM Governance forums.
  • Proactively and effectively manage the OCM deliverables for key Toll Gate meetings.
Required experience
  • Prior experience in organizational change management within a large-scale program (ideally SAP change management experience).
  • Passion for organizational change management and experience in managing resistance.
  • Familiarity with the planning of training programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent English language skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent language skills for local site language both verbal and written.
