As our company continues its dynamic growth, we are actively seeking a new member of our Team.

Fully remote Operations Support Administrator for Brazil and LATAM region, you will provide crucial support across various operational functions, including PMO, sourcing, recruitment, human resources administration, general administration, and marketing support.

This role is ideal for an individual with prior professional experience who is eager to learn and contribute to a growing IT consulting company.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist with the preparation of interview materials and feedback collection.
  • Support the onboarding process.
  • Communicate with candidates in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide general administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of company documents and files.
  • Handle basic remote office‑related tasks.
  • Support the team with ad‑hoc administrative projects as needed.
  • Assist with the scheduling and coordination of marketing activities.
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials (e.G., social media posts, presentations).
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
  • Assist with the maintenance of marketing databases and tracking of marketing campaign performance.
Qualifications
  • Business fluent English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Availability to work in USA Eastern Time Zone.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in IT recruitment / related HR roles / marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT terminology and trends is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
