What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate closely with various Oracle teams to support and implement state-of-the-art applications on a global scale.
• Manage all aspects of architecture, sales, and support initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with business and product goals.
• Define and lead sales and support strategies, and drive business requirements for product and component integration.
• Translate standard application functionality into global and local business needs, resolving product gaps through enhancements or process improvements.
• Oversee pursuit setup, system configuration, and alignment with business process teams.
• Lead the data migration strategy from legacy platforms to Oracle’s latest applications.
• Work with functional departments to gather detailed system requirements and support the full system implementation lifecycle.
• Engage regularly with senior management and stakeholders in Product Development, Business units, and Global IT.

In This Role, You Will:

• Serve as a trusted expert, guiding clients through solution design, application builds, and upgrades to maximize business value.
• Lead ongoing system maintenance and act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and internal teams, providing proactive support and meaningful resolution of complex issues.

• You have 6-8 years of combined education and relevant professional experience, with at least 4-6 years focused on solution building, maintenance, and multi-industry engagement.
• You bring at least 2 years of experience directly aligned with this role’s core responsibilities.
• You are skilled at collaborating across diverse teams—regional, product, marketing, and more—to develop and execute integrated sales strategies.
• You’re familiar with Oracle architecture frameworks and enjoy contributing to global and local industry campaigns.
• You have a track record of effective cross‑functional project management, from development to budget planning and reporting.
• You can clearly articulate value propositions, measure results, and help shape future strategies for ongoing improvement.
