Job Description

- Manage team of around 7 to 10 engineers in a production environment
- Perimeter: OEM and MRO industrializations for aircraft engine parts (metallic and composite parts ; current production improvements and new projects development)
- Participate in setting up annual and long-term industrialization roadmaps and make sure they are well understood and followed by the team
- Establecer, seguir y asegurar la robustez de los plannings de los proyectos con la finalidad de alcanzar los objetivos en tiempo
- Asegurar el respeto de los procesos y contribuir a la creación de nuevo estándares de trabajo que permitan de mejorar la desempeño
- Make sure load and capacity of the team remains consistent
- Develop skills and autonomy of the team

Job Requirements

- Good understanding of OEM and MRO industrialization processes as well as APQP methodology
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Previous experience in team management would be appreciated
- Proactive and goal driven
- Capable of challenging and supporting team as well as influencing stakeholders to achieve goals
- Languages
o Spanish : fluent
o English = fluent
o French = not mandatory ; would be appreciated
