• One year’s experience as staffing coordinator, unit secretary, and/or nursing assistant in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation practices.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates staffing for SAU unit under the Clinical Manager.
• Assists with staffing variances and scheduling.
• Provides clerical support to ensure smooth nursing unit operations.
• Communicates staffing needs to staffing office.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient and employee information.
