NSP - ASSORTMENT PLANNER
We're looking for a NSP Assortment Planner.
This Planning Professional will be focus on Nike Strategic Partners (Axo Group & Innovasport Group) to ensure consumer demand is met and a healthy pull market is maintained.
This position is responsible of the correct assortment plan creation in collaboration with cross functional territory partners in order to achieve global & local x-functional goals.
This planner needs to have strong retail experience, as well as leadership and influencing skills.
Also is fundamental to knows how to navigate in the uncertain in order to address difficult issues and operate effectively.
We are looking for someone who is a forward thinker who moves at the pace of the consumer.
The success of our team relies on collaborative and detail-oriented assortment planners that drive consumer-based franchise plans to optimize sales, margin and profitable sustainable growth for Nike and Marketplace Partner Accounts.
If this is you, you'll be working with DSM, Merchandising and Analytics, supporting with forecasting for consumer demand and inventory for Nike products to increase revenue, margin and optimize inventory.
Understand product, marketplace, member / membership, insights and marketing strategies to advise consumer demand and inventory forecasts.
You will use analytics, technology, data and cross-functional input to support product-based retail sales and inventory investment forecasts to advise merchandising, finance, marketing and Supply & Inventory Planning in partnership with the North America Consumer Assortment Planning Team.
A typical day / week looks like : building bottoms-up forecasts to inform pre-season decisions, weekly sales analysis to identify risk and opportunity in-season, collaboration with your account team and retailer to manage performance and providing post-season assortment insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
You will report to the NSP / Marketplace Partner Woman & Kids Planning.
You'll be working closely with a cross functional strategic account team as well as engaging the retailer's buying and planning teams in weekly and seasonal conversations.
You'll also stay connected to the other assortment planners and succeed through your ability to collaborate and drive action and results both internally and externally.
