Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of robust applications using SQL and .Net Core to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the integration of new technologies and frameworks to enhance system performance and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of software solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for software applications ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference.
• Implement best practices in coding and software development to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards and improve overall code quality.
• Optimize database performance through effective SQL query design and execution.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor application performance and implement necessary improvements to enhance user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skillset and contribute to innovation.

Required Skills

• 2 - 6 years of experience with SQL and .Net Core
• Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and .Net Core showcasing strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Possess a solid understanding of Finance & Accounting Governance Risk & Compliance and Property & Casualty Insurance domains.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Show adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies as required.
• Have a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience in technical roles.
• Display a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
