• 5+ years of professional experience in Revit with at least 2 years of full-time Revit experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Navisworks and Autodesk Docs.
• Experience designing foundations, platforms, piperacks, tanks, and other related structures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams in developing designs and construction documents, incorporating BIM practices and applications
• Develop and manage project information while ensuring compliance with development information and information management standards and policies
• Maintain project design documentation through all phases of design and construction
• Ensures that project details and specifications are coordinated and communicated to the construction team through an integrated design process
• Works with project managers, engineers, and other designers to aid in project completion within schedule, budget and quality constraints
• Work closely with the BIM team and stakeholders to meet project objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil or related field
• 5+ years professional experience in Revit with at least 2 years of full time Revit experience
• 2+ years professional experience in Navisworks and Autodesk Docs
• Ability to read and understand Construction Documents and Submittals
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks
• Experience designing foundations, platforms, piperacks, tanks and other related structures used in industrial, water or manufacturing facilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex BIM projectsand to understand and implement detail project specifications
