• Act as the main operational link between Sales, Customers, and the Global Service Delivery Center.
• Support Microsoft account onboarding, orders, quotes, and daily operational needs.
• Coordinate credit, rebill, and finance-related processes.
• Drive issue resolution and escalations for customer experience.
• Provide expert support on Microsoft licensing to teams and customers.
