A leading oilfield services company is seeking an experienced professional for a Sales role in Reforma, Chiapas. The successful candidate will provide mentorship to field staff, manage direct sales contracts, and offer technical support for drilling applications. A bachelor's degree in engineering or science and 10 years of experience in the field are required. Candidates must demonstrate advanced English proficiency and be available for travel. Job Duties

Under broad direction, provides mentorship to field level staff. Executes delivery of more complex direct sales contracts, which includes technical support, training, inspection, commissioning, warranty and equipment non-conformance issues, offers advice on equipment capabilities and field operations to customers. Completes required reporting and documentation, such as Correction, Prevention, and Inspection (CPI), and Memorandum of Understanding. Liaises with clients on technical issues to better support the needs of the clients. Assists with closure of client's technical issues and initiates CPI. Ensures that best practices are shared between the Company and clients. Participates and expedites the Customer Acceptance process for Product Service Line (PSL) equipment inspections. Job tasks, properly completed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations. Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in engineering, science, or similar discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience in PSL operations.

Requirements
  • Proven track record in managing direct sales to end customers and overseeing a master distributor and sub-distributor network.
  • Ability to provide high-level technical support for drilling applications to drive market share growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet financial targets.
  • Experience in monthly Purchase Order (PO) follow-up, invoicing, and proactive inventory level planning based on activity forecasts.
  • Previous experience leading a business unit or strategic territory (specifically the Mexico market) to ensure business continuity after a key departure.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Availability to travel or relocate.
