The ideal candidate will drive strategic leadership, manage large-scale operations, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Candidates should have over 15 years of senior leadership experience in technology, with a strong grasp of market dynamics. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential for effective communication and customer engagement. This is a full-time position based in Estado de México.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within technology or related industries.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and delivering business results.
• Strong understanding of Mexico’s market dynamics and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute Mexico’s business strategy in alignment with LATAM objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and operational excellence.
• Lead and develop a diverse team, ensuring talent retention and succession planning.
• Own P&L for Mexico, ensuring financial targets and cost optimization.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
