Formación

  • 3+ years of transactional legal experience with corporate law in a law firm or in-house.
  • Excellent understanding of Mexican real property and corporate law requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Serve as legal counsel for Royal Caribbean’s development projects in Mexico.
  • Review, negotiate, and prepare various contracts related to business activities.
  • Provide legal guidance on compliance with Mexican laws and regulations.

Conocimientos

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Strong analytical and reasoning skills
Excellent drafting ability in both English and Spanish

Educación

Duly licensed attorney in Mexico
Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
