A leading aerospace company in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Methods Process Engineer. The role requires expertise in balancing processes, precision measuring, and technical problem-solving. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering fields and have over 3 years of experience. This position emphasizes strong analytical skills and knowledge in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) related tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Knowledge of static and dynamic balancing processes.
• Experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO).
• Solve technical problems in assembly and balancing processes.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of static and dynamic balancing processes

Knowledge of rotor stack processes

Experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO)

Handling of technical and work documentation

Use of precision measuring tools

Ability to solve technical problems in assembly and balancing processes

Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Blueprint reading and interpretation

Excel (pivot tables, macros)

SAP

Industrial validation processes / Process qualification

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical studies

Job Description

• Knowledge of static and dynamic balancing processes
• Knowledge of rotor stack processes
• Experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO)
• Handling of technical and work documentation
• Use of precision measuring tools
• Ability to solve technical problems in assembly and balancing processes
• Ability to solve technical problems in rotor assembly processes (knowledge of machining processes is a plus)
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys)
• Knowledge of SCHENCK machinery (desirable)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Blueprint reading and interpretation
• Excel (pivot tables, macros)
• SAP
• Industrial validation processes / Process qualification

Job Requirements

• Licenciatura en Ingeniería Aeronáutica, Metal-Mecánica, Industrial, mecatrónica o estudios técnicos equivalentes
