Medical Retention Specialist - Confie Tijuana

Important: This is an on‑site position. Only candidates residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate will be considered. We do not cover relocation expenses. A minimum B2 level of English is required for this position. WhatsApp will be the only method for follow‑up on this application.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.
  • Identify and address customer concerns promptly to prevent cancellations and improve retention rates.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Sunshine Life & Health, ensuring clear communication and support.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and promote continued engagement with our medical services.
Requirements
  • Provide a well‑structured and professional resume in English, highlighting relevant experience, skills, and achievements.
  • Proven experience in customer service, highly regarded if acquired in a call center setting.
  • Strong English skills (B2 level or higher).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Full‑time availability; you must be available to work any day of the week (you'll have scheduled days off).
  • You must have valid Mexican documents to be eligible for employment.
