Responsabilidades

• Accomplishes tasks mainly through direct supervision of employees.
• Administers and executes policies and procedures that affect individual employees.
• Monitors daily operations of a unit.
• Meets discrete goals within established criteria (time, cost, quality) and makes resource allocation decisions.
• Interacts with others at same level, and one level above and below, to ensure continuity and efficiency.
• Maintains and ensures confidentiality of information/materials.
• Ensures that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures and schedules.
• Provides coaching and mentoring to employees.

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in related field

Functions as an advisor to a unit regarding tasks, projects, and operations. Becomes actively involved in daily operations only when required to meet schedules or to resolve complex problems. Manages projects to improve overall efficiency
