  • Manage trade shows, sponsorship activations, restaurant partner events, and OpenTable‑hosted experiences such as chef dinners, summits, and more.
  • Drive innovative event concepts that connect emotionally with diners and restaurateurs.
  • Measure ROI, track leads, and report key metrics to regional and global stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Partnerships team to support the management, localization, and implementation of partnership initiatives in Mexico and Canada.
  • Support local marketing initiatives across B2C & B2B in the region.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years in event management, partnerships, or brand marketing — ideally within the hospitality, travel, food & beverage, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven experience managing end‑to‑end events (concept to execution) and implementing strategic partnerships that drive awareness, engagement, and business impact.
  • Fluency / full working proficiency in Spanish & English languages is a must, French language is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Comfortable tracking performance metrics, budgets, and ROI to optimize event and partnership effectiveness.
  • Comfortable with a wide variety of technologies and ability to learn quickly
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting decks, event briefs, and partnership proposals.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly‑organized with the ability to identify roadblocks and troubleshoot efficiently and effectively
  • Passion for the dining scene and hospitality industry, with a deep understanding of market trends and cultural nuances.
