    • Represent the EVP/BP segment at trade fairs and events.

    • Build relationships with decision makers at customers (R&D, Advanced Engineering, Raw Material Management, Manufacturing Engineering).
    • Develop partner networks in the value chain (molders, toolmakers, compounders, system integrators) to scale reference applications.
  • Competitive and application intelligence
    • Collect field insights on material substitutions, cost structures, test specs, OEM roadmaps; feed back into segment strategy and portfolio evolution.
    • Monitor regional policies and standards and safety/sustainability requirements relevant to EVP/BP.
  • Interface management
    • Spend 80 % of the time on external interfaces at the relevant departments of customers and partners in the value chain and 20 % on internal interfaces.

  • Master or bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or Science.
  • At least 10-year work experience in Material,Electrical or Automotive Industries, particularly in Sales, Marketing or Market Development functions.
  • Solid experience in coordinating multiple tasks with limited time and resources in complex environments and under high pressure.
