The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in corporate governance, contract negotiation, and compliance with labor laws. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are required. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, ensuring legal compliance, and providing training. Some light travel may be required.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in legal counsel, preferably in manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and foreign trade.
• Experience with IMMEX compliance and international trade treaties.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal support for corporate governance.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company integrity programs.
