A performance marketing agency in Veracruz is seeking an experienced team manager to lead operations for their Mexico consultants. Your role will involve managing office resources, coaching team members, and supporting sales executives. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of management experience, strong leadership qualities, and is skilled in fostering team integration. Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for SaaS companies.

We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs.

We offer Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative and Design, Video, Revenue Operations, and Strategy services to our clients by creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that allow our clients to hit their SQL targets, every time.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Adapt any existing processes, documentation, and workflows to best address the needs of our consultants in Mexico as needed
  • Assist in the facilitation of onboarding with our Learning and Development team to ensure a seamless experience for our consultants
  • Support our Mexico Sales Account Executives, who will report into our Global Head of Sales, as needed throughout the sales process by taking potential meetings to represent our Mexico Team
  • Coach team to elevate in their roles
  • Partner with the Product Directors and Resourcing Manager to assign incoming accounts to the consultants
  • Lead interviews for new hires in Mexico
  • Run employee-offboarding interviews
  • Act as a point of escalation for consultant issues and keep our People Ops team informed as needed
  • Manage all aspects of the physical office space, including but not limited to ensuring there is enough space to accommodate our growing workforce and negotiate leases in partnership with Finance as needed etc.
